Thank you for shopping with us 100% of profits go straight to our causes! We take great pride in the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction.
Please note that we have a strict policy on returns. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Items can only be returned if they are deemed damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We carefully inspect all items before they are shipped. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly offer a refund or a replacement.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to damage or a fault:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please do not send your item back to us without first contacting us.

Provide proof of damage. We require clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. This helps us assess the claim and report the issue to our delivery partners.

Item must be unused. The item must be in the same condition that you received it and, if applicable, in its original packaging.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement for a Damaged Item:

In the email, clearly state that your item arrived damaged.

Attach clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

Our team will review your claim and get back to you with instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping
If a refund or replacement is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Do not ship the item back to us without a valid return shipping label and prior approval from our customer service team.
Refunds
Your item can be either replaced or refunded. Please make it clear in your email if you would like a refund or replacement. Once we receive your returned damaged item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
